  • You are purchasing a whole lamb. The lamb will be processed in the late fall/early winter.
  • You will be kept up to date of the status of your lamb and informed of when to pick it up and where. 
  • You will be provided with a cut sheet where you can indicate special instructions for the processing facility.
  • Meat will be vacuum sealed and frozen.
